A teacher at a top Scots boarding school is facing jail after sexually abusing five boys.
William Bain preyed on the children who were pupils at another private school where the 62-year-old worked at the time.
A judge heard how one boy was attacked after going to Bain for help because he was being bullied.
Bain went on to secure a senior post at the posh £22,000-a-year Glenalmond College in Perth and Kinross.
But, he was finally snared last year when one sickened victim discovered he was still teaching and called police.
It sparked a large-scale probe into the abuse claims resulting in shamed Bain ending up at the High Court in Glasgow.
Bain – who lives with his mum in Crieff, Perthshire – had his bail continued pending sentencing next month.
He was a teacher at the time at a fee-paying school in Dunbartonshire.
The victims were all pupils there. TheCourier
